Warren East’s Deca Burr produced a dazzling debut in her first game with the Lady Raiders.

Burr tallied a hat trick with three goals and an assist to lead Warren East to a 7-0 win over host Glasgow in the Lady Raiders’ first District 15 game since moving over from District 14.

“It was great – the team all came together, had their heads strong and focused to come out there and play and get our first district win,” Burr said. “It was just an important game to start the season.”

In addition to it being a district win, Monday’s victory was also the Lady Raiders’ season opener.

“It was incredibly important to win that game because it boosted our confidence for this new district and just have our heads straight for where we can go with this district.”
