An employee told police a man grabbed her arms and forced her into the kitchen, but she screamed and another employee tried to help. The robber forced both employees to the cash register and forced them to open it before leaving through a side door with an undetermined amount of money and running in an unknown direction.

The investigation showed the robber had been at White Castle earlier that night with a woman, police said.

The suspect is identified as a white man with red hair, a short beard and a mustache. He was wearing glasses, a blue hooded sweatshirt and light blue jeans.
