Three earn promotions at Service One

Bowling Green’s Service One Credit Union announced three staff promotions.
Michelle Dyer was promoted to vice president for human resources and organizational development. Dyer joined SOCU in 2017 as director of education. She has 13 years of human resources and training and development experience with 10 years in a leadership role.
Dyer is a part-time faculty member at Western Kentucky University, teaching human resources management and leadership courses. She is a graduate of WKU.
Justin Morris has been promoted to vice president of enterprise risk management and member support. He joined the credit union as a part-time teller in 2005 after graduating from Barren County High School.
Morris has served in many roles at SOCU, including six years in the credit union’s accounting department as administrative assistant to the chief financial officer. Most recently, he served four years as assistant vice president of compliance and security. Morris is a two-time graduate of WKU.
Mark Floyd has been appointed SOCU’s chief credit officer. Previously, he was vice president of lending.
Floyd, who moved to Bowling Green in 2016 from Meridian, Miss., graduated from Delta State University with a business management degree. He has more than 19 years of financial institution experience.
