FRANKLIN — Elizabeth Lively Kelly Banton, 90, of Franklin died Oct. 21, 2008, at a Woodburn nursing home.
The Warren County native was a housewife and a florist. She was a member of Salmon’s General Baptist Church, where she was also a charter member of the Women’s Missionary group, and was a member of Ruth Electa Chapter 17 Order of the Eastern Star and Salmon’s Homemaker Club. She was a daughter of the late James Henry Kelly and Betsy Lively Kelly and the wife of the late Ben Banton. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sue Nuckols; and a granddaughter, Scarlett Banton.
Funeral is at 11 a.m. Saturday at Crafton Funeral Home, with burial in Restlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation begins at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Youth Fund at Salmon’s General Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Bennie Gregory and her husband, Jackie, of Franklin; two sons, Kelly Banton and his wife, Mimi, of Franklin and Joe Banton and his wife, Phyllis, of Indianapolis; a sister, Carrine Gilbert of Marysville, Ind.; a first cousin, Helen Lively Stone of Bowling Green; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
