Emily Reynolds threw a one-hit shutout to lead South Warren to a 17-0 victory at Warren Central in four innings Tuesday.

Kaitlyn LaSala, Lauren Martin and Emma Mills each had a home run for the Spartans (5-2 overall, 3-0 District 14). Alexis Isable drove in two runs off a pair of doubles while Martin and Mills accounted for four RBIs apiece.

Mills’ three-run homer in the top of the second inning put the Spartans in front 5-0. Martin’s three-run bomb in the top of the fourth capped the South Warren onslaught with an eight-run inning.

Reynolds earned the win with three strikeouts.

Junior Mackenzie Strode had the lone hit for Warren Central (0-6, 0-3).
