Tom Pennington of Bowling Green, a physical therapist and CEO of Physicians Rehab Solution, has been appointed to the State Board of Physical Therapy by Gov. Matt Bevin. He will represent physical therapists and serve for a term expiring July 15, 2021.

The State Board of Physical Therapy consists of seven gubernatorial appointees. The board evaluates and approves the qualifications of applicants for licensure as certified physical therapists within the state.
