Warren County grand jury issues indictments

The following people were indicted Wednesday by a Warren County grand jury:

Joe Allen Cline, 43, 3020 Boiling Springs Road, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond.

David Wayne Daggitt, 49, 1233 N. Stubbins St., first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond.

Brian Keith Garner, 46, 247 Plano Road, flagrant nonsupport; $5,000 cash bond.

Ronald Eugene Gosnell Jr., 19, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at less than $500; transfer bond.

Dustin James Hudson, 19, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree robbery, first-degree robbery by complicity, five counts of third-degree burglary, three counts of theft by unlawful taking of property valued at less than $500, two counts of second-degree criminal mischief, three counts of third-degree criminal mischief; $50,000 cash bond.

Gary Anthony Simmons, 46, 228 Walnut St., Glasgow, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, first-degree persistent felony offender; notice to appear.

Eric Matthew Smith, 30, 105 Alex Brook Ave., two counts of retaliating against a participant in the legal process; transfer bond.

Matthew Carlyle Vincent, 25, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than two grams, meth; firearm enhanced), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; $5,000 cash bond.

Philip B. Yancey, 67, Princeton, W.Va., second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument; notice to appear.
