Thomas, a 6-foot-3, 195-pound native of Baton Rouge, La., is the third grad transfer guard Stansbury’s added this offseason.

Washington State guard Que Johnson and Providence guard Junior Lomomba both left their respective schools at the end of the 2015-16 academic year and enrolled at WKU in July.

Thomas played his first two seasons at New Mexico before transferring to Hartford. He announced last month he was leaving the Hawks program and seeking a new home for his final season.

Johnson, Lomomba and Thomas are joined in the WKU backcourt by freshmen Tobias “T.J” Howard, Marty Leahy and Damari Parris and sophomore walk-ons Kieffer Dalton and Dylan Sanford.
