WKU offered Andre Rafus – a four-star forward in the 2017 class – on Tuesday night.

Rafus posted on Twitter that the Hilltoppers are his 28th offer. His other offers include Kansas, Syracuse, Cal, USC, UNLV and many others.

The 6-foot-9, 195-pound prospect is originally from Baltimore but played this year at Roselle Catholic (N.J.) High School. He plays his AAU ball for Team Melo.

Rafus is rated the 71st-best prospect in the 2017 class by Scout, as well as the 10th-best small forward.
