Police were called Wednesday morning to TriStar Regional Greenview Hospital, where they spoke to the woman who accuses Londono-Gutierrez of fondling her and raping her earlier that morning.

The woman she said left a friend’s house Tuesday night with Londono-Gutierrez and Londono-Gutierrez dropped off another person on Clay Street before driving inside a building on Russellville Road, according to the arrest citation. She told police that Londono-Gutierrez touched her thigh and she told him “no.” The woman said Londono-Gutierrez got out of his car, walked to the passenger side and got on top of her, ripping off her shirt and fondling her, causing bruising, according to the arrest citation.

Londono-Gutierrez is then accused of pulling the woman out of the car, pulling her pants down and raping her, according to the citation. Londono-Gutierrez denied having any sexual contact with the woman.

He is being held in Warren County Regional Jail in lieu of a $25,000 cash bond.
