Mrs. Christine Anderson Jarman, 87, of Franklin, went home to be with her Lord and loving family members Jan. 26, 2015, at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Crafton Funeral Home, where services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. 

Born July 23, 1927, in Franklin, she was the daughter of the late Arnett Anderson and Rita Lovelady Anderson. She was a retired employee of the Kendall Co. After retiring, she was always on the go and enjoyed life. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, AARP, Lake Springs Homemakers, Retired Senior Volunteer Program, former TOPPS club and involved with the Senior Center. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, James “Kay” Jarman; sons Jimmy Jarman and Gary “Jugg” Jarman; granddaughter Tia Michelle Jarman; great-granddaughter Kristen Lee Kilmon; and sister Linda North. 

Survivors include her daughter, Pam Laney Spurlock and husband Mason of Franklin; sons Randy Jarman of Gainesville, Fla., and Troy Jarman and wife Sonja of Franklin; sister Betty Ryals of LaVergne, Tenn.; brother Tommy Anderson and wife Nancy of Beech Grove, Tenn.; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. 

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday and after 6 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
