Geneva Meador Heath Britt

Geneva Meador Heath Britt, 87, of Bowling Green, died at 9:30 a.m. July 6, 2014, at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky.
The Scottsville native was a homemaker, retired sales associate for Sears and member of Dover Missionary Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Ira Lee Meador Sr. and Pearl Barger Meador and wife of the late Louis Heath and Jim Britt.
She is survived by two stepdaughters, Kathy Carver and husband, Bill, of Mooresville, N.C., and Karen Mills of New Palestine, Ind.; three sisters, Dorothy Keen and husband, Stanley, of Weston, W.Va., Bobbie Sue Sims and Greta Ransom, both of Scottsville; three sisters-in-law, Shirley Meador and Jacquline Meador, both of Scottsville, and Beatrice Meador of Louisville; four grandsons, Steve Fussell of South Bend, Ind., Robert Fussell and wife, Karen, of Louisville, Jerry Fussell and wife, Jill, of Mishawaka, Ind., and Barry Fussell and wife, Chris, of Lebanon, Ind.; five great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and four stepgrandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Pattie Sue Fussell and husband, George; a grandson, David Fussell; three sisters, Louise Casada, Comilla Huntsman and Jennie B. McGuffey Holbrook; and three brothers, Ira Lee Meador Jr., Ewell Lee Meador and Billy D. Meador.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home, with Bro. Maxie McGuffey, Bro. Harold Huntsman and Bro. Gary Sullivan officiating and burial in Dover Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home.
