Kyle Gott, 31, of Bowling Green, died June 19, 2014, in a vehicle accident on I-65.
The Warren County native was the son of Jimmy Gott and the late Doris Woodcock Gott and was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Betty Gott, maternal grandfather, Arthur Woodcock and his uncle, Billy Gott.
Kyle was a political consultant for the Democratic Party, where he was campaign manager for many races across the U.S. He was a member of Berea Christian Church and Sigma Phi Epsilon. Kyle loved his job and his family very much. He also enjoyed Nascar racing and UK basketball.
Survivors include his father, Jimmy Gott (Sondra); paternal grandfather, Aubrey Gott; maternal grandmother, Stella Woodcock; half brother, Craig Board; half sister, Shaye Bailey; stepsister, Skyler Manning; three aunts, Margaret May, Patty Sledge (Junior), and Kathy Rich; three uncles, Bobby Gott (Alisa), Richard Gott and Dallas Woodcock; several nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of great friends.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green chapel, with burial in Bowling Green Gardens. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
