The following people were indicted Wednesday by a Warren County grand jury:

Francisco Perez-Yac, 31, 1588 Memphis Junction Road, Lot 22, two counts of first-degree rape, four counts of first-degree sexual abuse, $100,000 cash bond.

Onelia Magaly Sanchez-Valenzuela, aka Onelia Sanchez-Valenzuela, 32, 1588 Memphis Junction Road, Lot 22, two counts of first-degree rape by complicity, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse by complicity, $50,000 cash bond.

Hajro Salihovic, 24, 858 Dunbarton Ave., second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than 20 dosage units), trafficking in a simulated substance, second-degree persistent felony offender, $5,000 cash bond.

Joshua Alexander Parker, 21, 702 Brownslock Road, Apt. 302, first-degree assault, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card valued at less than $500, $10,000 cash bond.

William Ray Rigsby, 27, 287 North Campbell Road, Lot 7, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at less than $500, $25,000 cash bond.

Sarah Suzanne Wells, 38, 2001 Rockcreek Drive, Apt. 15D, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (aggravating circumstances), third-degree criminal mischief, transfer bond.

Dale Allen Harder, 26, 115 Market St., Glasgow, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, transfer bond.

Virginia Ann Kirby, 24, 779 Loving Chapel Road, Franklin, first-degree promoting contraband, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (aggravating circumstances), second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, transfer bond.

Jarell Aaron Lewis, 33, 2517 Oriole St., first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (second offense, greater than four grams), second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than 20 dosage units), trafficking in marijuana (more than eight ounces but less than five pounds), possession of drug paraphernalia, transfer bond.
