Audrey Lorraine Scruggs

Audrey Lorraine Scruggs, 83, of Bowling Green, died Oct. 15, 2011, at Greenview Regional Hospital.

The Washington County native was a desk clerk for Best Western and Holiday Inn, a member of Severns Valley Church in Elizabethtown and attended Glendale Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late J.H. Hardin and Bessie Ann Gordon Hardin and wife of the late Ewing “Jack” Scruggs. She was preceded in death by seven brothers and three sisters.

Funeral service is at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel, with burial in Martinsville Cemetery. Visitation is from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Survivors include a son, Jeff Scruggs, a daughter, Brenda Caroline Littlewolf; five grandchildren, Buffy Suzzanne Raymer, Joe Davis Snooks III, Carrie Ellen Scruggs, Alan Scruggs (Autumn), Derek Scruggs; four great-grandchildren, Issac Raymer, Jackson Snooks, Cannan Scruggs, Holland Scruggs; and several nieces and nephews.
