WKU graduate Adam Perry dances in upcoming film My Week With Marilyn

Adam Perry

Adam Perry, a 2004 graduate of WKU’s Department of Theatre and Dance, dances in the new movie My Week With Marilyn, which opens Nov. 23. Perry is part of the Heatwave scene in one of the trailer clips for the film and appears in a photo of the dance scene in a Newsweek photo gallery on Michelle Williams who plays Marilyn Monroe.

After graduating from WKU, Perry was almost immediately cast in the international tour of Cats. Talented, versitile and dedicated, he has gone on from there to perform in a variety of productions. He is working on Broadway in Anything Goes with Sutton Foster. Previous Broadway credits include Wicked, Promises, Promises, and A Chorus Line. He also toured nationally in Sweet Charity with Molly Ringwald. He has performed in The Most Happy Fella at the New York City Opera and in Damn Yankees! and On the Town at the New York City Center. On TV he has appeared in the 81st Academy Awards, the Tony Awards, the Kennedy Center Honors, and the HBO pilot, The Miraculous Year.
