SCOTTSVILLE — Bro. Archie W. Bullington, 56, of Scottsville, died at 5:25 p.m. Sept. 5, 2010, at the Hospice Center in Bowling Green.
The Scottsville native was a former employee of G.E., a former tax accountant for Dollar General, a former head of security for the Sumitomo Corporate Office and a former security officer for USA Security at the Dollar General Distribution Center. He was a member of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, a former pastor of Big Springs Missionary Baptist Church and Dedicated Missionary Baptist Church and a radio minister at WLCK radio. He was a member of Graham Lodge No. 208 F & AM, a charter member and past president of the Allen County Scottish Rite Club and a member of the Valley of Louisville Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Free Masonry. He was a son of the late Edward Wilson Bullington and Alma Lucille Short Bullington of Scottsville, who survives.
Funeral is at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home, with burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation begins at noon today at the funeral home.

Other survivors include a brother, Bro. Johnny Bullington and his wife, Sandy, of Scottsville; a niece, Sandra Cruz of Scottsville; a great-niece, Courtney Cruz of Scottsville; a great-nephew, Alex Hagan of Scottsville; and several cousins.
