Chris Houchens: Brand Zeitgeist

Marketing speaker and author Chris Houchens has released his latest book, “Brand Zeitgeist: Embedding Brand Relationships into the Collective Consciousness”. This new business book reinforces basic marketing and branding principles and illustrates how businesses can use fundamental aspects of human nature to develop a brand strategy.

In Brand Zeitgeist, Houchens uses a wide variety of real world examples such as Zappos, the cola wars, Whole Foods, and even Santa Claus to provide a practical look at how businesses can use the zeitgeist, society’s constantly evolving collective consciousness, to build a brand and a long-term relationship with a dedicated group of customers. Southern Kentucky readers will recognize case studies that Chris has plucked from his backyard like Duncan Hines and the Corvette.
