Jeffery D. Netherton, 24, 5350 Louisville Road, Lot 72, operating a motor vehicle on a license suspended for DUI (third offense within five years), no/expired registration plates, failure to or improper signal, second-degree persistent felony offender, transfer bond.

Jeffrey Douglas House, 38, 143 Champions Blvd., first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, transfer bond.

Darrell W. Cowles Jr., 42, 336 Hilton Way, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more, notice to appear.

Tiffany Hammonds, 29, 1857 Moorman Lane, trafficking in marijuana (more than 8 ounces and less than 5 pounds), third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, transfer bond.

Thomas Guy Harper, 31, 1857 Moorman Lane, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree persistent felony offender, combine bond with another indictment; trafficking in marijuana (more than 8 ounces and less than 5 pounds), third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, first-degree persistent felony offender, transfer bond.

Javonna L. Buford, 33, 2425 Thoroughbred Drive, Apt. 81, five counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (second offense), trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school, first-degree persistent felony offender, $10,000 cash bond.

Jessica Anne Dunlap, 34, 13001 Pennock Ave., Apt. 96, Apple Valley, Minn., receiving stolen property valued at less than $10,000, third-degree assault, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, no operator’s license, failure to wear seat belt, failure to produce insurance card, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, $20,000 cash bond.
