Richard R. Gilbert Jr., 41, 600 Leayou Road, Alvaton, kidnapping, second-degree persistent felony offender, $75,000 cash bond.

Joey Holliman, 46, 110 Old Morgantown Road, first-degree bail jumping, first-degree persistent felony offender, $5,000 cash bond.

Christopher Matthew McFarland, 33, 613 Dennis Way, two counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia (second offense), first-degree persistent felony offender, $25,000 cash bond.

Dennis W. Page, 21, 287 N. Campbell Road, Lot 18, cultivating marijuana (five plants of more), first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia (second offense), fourth-degree assault (domestic), $10,000 cash bond.

Lawrence Whitis, 54, 1340 Memphis Junction Road, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, transfer $1,000 bond.

Delana M. Williams, 28, 5297 Louisville Road, Apt. 402, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (aggravating circumstances), careless driving, second-degree persistent felony offender, transfer $3,000 cash bond.

Norris Vincent, 69, Bowling Green, third-degree sodomy, $5,000 cash bond.

Tiffiney Lynn Deel, 22, 6275 Barren River Road, 13 counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, transfer bond.

Frederick Jerome Wright, 44, address unknown, Bowling Green, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, first-degree persistent felony offender, $5,000 cash bond.

Tyronica Latreace McKay, 35, 627 Old Morgantown Road, third-degree assault, first-degree persistent felony offender, $5,000 cash bond and no contact with alleged victim.

William Cecil Carr, 54, 231 Scott Lane, theft by deception ($500 or more but less than $10,000), $2,500 unsecured bond.

Hannah Webb, 26, 1309 E. 13th Ave., possession of drug paraphernalia (second or greater offense), possession of marijuana, transfer bond.

Marvin Greene, 23, address unknown, two counts of third-degree rape, third-degree sodomy, $10,000 cash bond.
