FRANKLIN — Willy Dee Draper, 81, of Franklin, died Aug. 7, 2010, at a Franklin nursing home.

The Simpson County native was a retired employee of the Kendall Co., a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church and a Korean War Army veteran. He was a son of the late Travis Kirk Draper and Linnie Oma Denning Draper. He was preceded in death by two brothers, T.K. and Ray Draper; and a sister, Mayzelle Jones.

Funeral is at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Crafton Funeral Home, with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation begins at 2 p.m. today and at 6 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Survivors include his wife, Sue Perry Draper; three children, Linda Brigance and her husband, David, of Franklin, and Larry Draper and his wife, Carol, and Donna Hawkins and her husband, Mike, all of Mitchellville, Tenn.; and two stepdaughters, Nancy Crafton and her husband, Joe, of Woodburn, and Tammy Atwood and her husband, Kevin Litke, of Tallahassee, Fla.
