Edmonton rockers and Rolling Stone Best Kept Secret, Black Stone Cherry, has released a free download and behind the scenes video in conjunction with their new sponsor, Evan Williams Bourbon.

The free download, Blame it on the Boom Boom is a single from their upcoming third album, due out in August 2011.

The promotion is part of a new partnership that pairs a Kentucky band with a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, refering to both as Best Kept Secrets, a reference to the band’s honor bestowed by Rolling Stone.  The print ad campaign features an interview with band, including the inquiry “What’s your favorite way to drink Evan Williams” and the response, “Bourbon and Coke.  To be honest, some of us won’t drink Coke unless there’s Bourbon in it.”
