FRANKLIN Richard Henry Hall, 67, of Nashville, Tenn., formerly of Franklin, died Dec. 28, 1999, at Baptist Hospital in Nashville.The Simpson County native was a retired Air Force staff sergeant and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a son of the late Roscoe Hall and Donna Bell Hall.Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home with burial at 1 p.m. Monday at Middle Tennessee State National Cemetery in Nashville. Visitation is in progress at the funeral home.Survivors include two daughters, Michele Ann Chaffin of Goodlettsville, Tenn., and Debra Hall of Nashville; a stepson, Jimmy Marion of Buffalo, N.Y.; three brothers, William Hall of Meridian, Miss., and Howard Hall and Wendall Hall, both of Franklin; a sister, Dorothy Jean Adamson of Franklin; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
