Frank St. Charles, president of First American National Bank, has announced the promotions of three staff members to management positions.Steve McDonald has been named business banking director. He joined the banking in 1995 as a personal banker and most recently served as manager of the downtown Bowling Green office. He began his banking career in 1987 at Bank One in Lexington and also worked for Trans Financial Bank in Bowling Green. The Burksville native is a Mars Hill College graduate.Marnie Steen has been named manager of the downtown office. She joined First American in 1996, most recently serving as the banks consumer relationship manager. The Mammoth Cave native and Western Kentucky University graduate began her career in 1987 at First National Bank in Tullahoma, Tenn.John Lee was named manager of the banks Scottsville Road office. The Burksville native began his career at First American while attending Western Kentucky University, where he was a member of the golf team. He most recently served as the banks small business relationship manager.
