RUSSELLVILLE Ruston Flowers, 82, of Russellville died Oct. 3, 1999, at Logan Memorial Hospital. The Mint Springs, Tenn., native was a former owner of Flowers Hardware Store, a member, deacon and Sunday school teacher of First Baptist Church of Russellville, past president of Red River Meeting House and Cemetery Association and a member of Russellville Rotary Club. He was a son of the late Edward Carrington Flowers and Pearl Boyd Flowers. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Funeral Home with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. today at the funeral home. Survivors include his wife, Joanne Lawson Flowers; a daughter, Kathy Holman of Russellville; two brothers, Edwin Flowers of California and Dudley Flowers of Arizona; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
