SCOTTSVILLE Charlotte Stewart Sykes, 61, of Clarksville, Tenn., died at 3 p.m. Jan. 9, 2001, at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tenn.The Allen County native was a homemaker and a member of Williams Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late L.A. Stewart and Effie Porter Stewart.Funeral was Thursday at Sykes Funeral Home in Clarksville with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
