MORGANTOWN Danny Ray Taylor, 51, of Morgantown died at 12:35 p.m. May 8, 2004, at his home.The Butler County native was a farmer, a member of Banock Masonic Lodge and director of Butler County Farm Bureau. He was a son of R. Forest Taylor and Zora Evans Taylor of Morgantown, who survive.Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Vernon Missionary Baptist Church, where he was a member and deacon, with burial in Mount Vernon Cemetery. Masonic service will be at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Gideons International or Hospice of Southern Kentucky.Other survivors include his wife, Sharon Cook Taylor; a son, Robert Daniel Taylor of Morgantown; two daughters, Amanda Taylor Johnson and her husband, Joshua, and Emily Ann Taylor, all of Morgantown; two sisters, Sue Ann Bond and her husband, Larry, of Louisville and Patty Jo Murphy and her husband, Jim, of Alvaton; two grandsons, Isaiah Shawn Johnson and Elijah Ray Johnson, both of Morgantown; and a father-in-law, Verner D.
