Two Bowling Green women hurt in accident on Ky. 880

A traffic accident on Ky. 880 between Barren River Road and Glen Lily Road resulted in the injuries of two Bowling Green women Sunday. Ebelin Pineda was heading west on the highway when she attempted to pass Doris Menez and their vehicles collided, according to the Warren County Sheriffs Department. The women were treated at The Medical Center and released. Theft Kathryne Bibbs of the 1100 block of Angora Court told police that while she was gone for the weekend, several items were stolen from her apartment. The items included a television, a lawn mower, a Weedeater, a DVD player, some car stereo speakers and a fishing pole. Theft Robin Martin of the 900 block of Bryant Way reported Sunday that $480 and a DVD player were stolen from her car while it was parked on the 500 block of Graham Avenue. Theft Kara Lee Hayes of Bowling Green told police that her 1994 Cadillac Deville, valued at $7,000, was stolen between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Sunday from the Wal-Mart parking lot at 150 Walton Way while she was shopping in the store. Theft Julie Allison Mantlo of Bowling Green told police that her Olympus digital camera and a memory stick, valued at $750, were stolen Monday from a friends home Monday in the 1300 block of High Street. Theft Heather Nicole Adcock told police that a CD player and various CDs, valued at $700 were taken from her car, and its center console received about $150 in damage Friday while it was parked near her home in the 1300 block of College Street. Theft Tauricus Halsell of the 500 block of Lansdale Street reported to police Tuesday that his 1987 Buick was stolen from the parking lot of Kens New and Used Tires between Saturday and Monday.
