LEWISBURG Edward Clay Richmond, 76, of Lewisburg died Dec. 14, 2002, at a Franklin nursing home.The Kentucky native was a self-employed plumber, a World War II Navy veteran and a member of Pleasant Union General Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Alpha Clay Richmond and Mabel Coursey Richmond and the husband of the late Avis Jean Forgy Richmond, Estelene Harrison Richmond and Christine Groves Richmond.Survivors include three sons, Edward Richmond Jr. of Lewisburg, Ronnie Richmond of Russellville and Gregory Dale Richmond of Elkton; five sisters, Mary Timberlake, Lillian Helton and Dona Hildabrand, all of Lewisburg, Anna Belle Sumner of Russellville and Claudine Davis of Fordsville; four brothers, Gene Richmond and Robert Richmond, both of Lewisburg, Dennis Richmond of Russellville and Donald Richmond of Cromwell; and six grandchildren.
