LEWISBURG – Emily &#8220Dolly” Cox, 70, of Dunmor died at 6:20 a.m. Dec. 2, 2005, at an Auburn nursing home.

The Chicago native was a homemaker and a Methodist. She was a daughter of the late William Mitchell and Emily Reimer Derycke and the wife of the late Guy Ray Cox. She was preceded in death by a sister, Freida Mitchell; and two brothers, William and James Mitchell.

Funeral was today at Price Funeral Home, with burial in Lewisburg Cemetery.

Survivors include three daughters, Jeanette Petterson of Phoenix, Connie Rameriz of Bensenville, Ill., and Laura Oswald of Jacksonville, Fla.; five sons, William Cox of Fort Myers, Fla., Dennis Cox of Naples, Fla., Jim Cox of South Beloit, Ill., Johnny Cox of Chicago and Danny Cox of Dunmor; a sister, Eleanor Evitts of Chicago; a brother, Herman Mitchell of Vista, Calif.; a sister-in-law, Faye McCoy of Colorado Springs, Co.; two brothers-in-law, James and Roy Cox, both of Lewisburg; 20 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
