Patsy H. Bolton, 74, of Bowling Green died at 11:50 p.m. March 14, 2005, at her home.

The Hope, Ark., native was a homemaker and a retired caterer. She was a bridge player and devoted wife, mom and mamaw. She attended Hillvue Heights Church in Bowling Green and was a faithful member of the Class of Esther. She was a daughter of the late Henry Walther Hatcher and Ellen Womack Hatcher. She was preceded in death Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hillvue Heights Church. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday at Hillvue Heights Church. Additional funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Maple Avenue Baptist Church in Smackover, Ark., where she was a member, with burial in Smackover Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday at Maple Avenue Baptist Church.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Be The Dream Building Fund, Hillvue Heights Church, 3219 Nashville Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, James Dewain Bolton Sr.; two sons, James D. Bolton Jr. and his wife, Kathy H., of Bearden, Ark., and Andy Bolton and his wife, Trish, of Bowling Green; a sister, Dorris H. Hutson of Hope; three grandchildren, Jason Bolton, Amy Bolton and Nathan Bolton; a great-grandson, Michael Bolton; and several nieces and nephews.
