SCOTTSVILLE Debbie Anderson Patrick, 51, of Scottsville died at 5 a.m. Jan. 19, 2005, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
The Indianapolis native was a homemaker, a former nurse at Allen County War Memorial Hospital and Greenview Regional Hospital, a Sunday school teacher for 33 years and a director of Womens Christian Outreach. She was a daughter of Paul Leon Anderson of Murray, who survives, and the late Mary Jean Parker Brooks Johnson. She was preceded in death Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at East Willow Street Church of God, where she was a member, with burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. today at Goad Funeral Home and will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Other survivors include her husband, Pastor Danny Patrick; two sons, Keith Patrick and his wife, Angela, and Matthew Patrick, all of Scottsville; two daughters, Jennifer Grace and her husband, Jimmy, and Heather Qualls and her husband, Chad, all of Scottsville; her stepmother, Carol Anderson of Murray; a brother, Jeff Anderson of Scottsville; a sister, Paula Frye of Scottsville; a stepbrother, Buddy Spivey of Murray; two stepsisters, Brenda Gordon and Gail Sauer, both of Indianapolis; and five grandchildren, Ryan Grace, Erica Grace, Danny Ray Patrick II, Mallory Kay Patrick and Seth Qualls, all of Scottsville.
