TOMPKINSVILLE Ellen Allene Strode Walker, 60, of Tompkinsville died May 2, 2005, at Monroe County Medical Center.

The Monroe County native was a Baptist. She was a daughter of the late Jim Tom Strode and Laura Bell Bow Strode. She was preceded in death Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Strode Funeral Home, with burial in Brown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. today and will begin at 6 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
