Restaurant inspections for Jan. 10-17, according to Barren River District Health Department, are as follows:Parkway Shell Food Mart, 2750 Russellville Road, follow-up required because isopropyl alcohol was stored next to buns (corrected); and dispenser did not dispense quaternary ammonia at proper temperature; score 86.Express Lane, 2205 Russellville Road, passed; score 95.Dominos Pizza, 2201-A Stonehenge Ave., follow-up required because glass cleaner was stored with pans and other food contact surfaces; and weak sanitizer was in the three-compartment sink; score 85. Passed immediate follow-up inspection; score 94.Taco King, 2625 Scottsville Road, follow-up required because cheese slicer was not clean or sanitized; hose attached to three-compartment sink with no vacuum breaker; and access to hand sink was blocked by cleaning supplies; score 75.
