Trevor Scott Watson

FRANKLIN – Trevor Scott Watson, 15, of Franklin died Dec. 7, 2006, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

The Westerly, R.I., native was a 10th-grade student at Franklin-Simpson High School, where he was active in the marching and jazz bands and track and cross country teams. He was a member of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church Youth Group. He was the son of Shane Watson and Vicky Rezendes Watson, who survive. Arrangements are under the direction of Crafton Funeral Home.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Monday at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church, with burial in Sulphur Spring Cemetery. Visitation begins at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Franklin-Simpson High School gymnasium.

Other survivors include a sister, Brittany Watson of Franklin; two brothers, Ryan and Nicholas Watson, both of Franklin; a paternal grandfather, Charles Watson of Goodlettsville, Tenn.; a maternal grandmother, Thelma Rezendes of Ledward, Conn.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
