Annie O. Botts

GLASGOW – Annie Opal Botts, 87, of Glasgow died Sept. 10, 2006, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital.

The Barren County native was a retired employee of the Kentucky Pants Factory and a member of Neals Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was a daughter of the late John Perry and Ethel Broady Taylor and the wife of the late William Norris Botts. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Kathleen Kerfoot and Alyne Billingsley; and a brother, Sylbia Taylor.

Funeral is at 2 p.m. Tuesday at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home, with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation begins at 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Survivors include a daughter, Betty Sue Ferrell and her husband, Jimmy, of Glasgow; a son, Jerry A. Botts and his wife, Debbie, of Glasgow; two sisters, Louise Culver and Geneva Bishop, both of Glasgow; a brother, Erbia Taylor of Glasgow; four grandchildren, Leigh Anne Phelps and her husband, Bobby, Joseph Allen Botts and his wife, Leigh Anne, Bo Ferrell and his wife, Alison, and Spencer Botts and his wife, Julie; and 10 great-grandchildren, Taylor Phelps, Maggie Phelps, Griffin Botts, Grayson Botts, Anne Peyton Botts, Hayden Botts, Ashton Botts, Noah Anderson, Jackson Ferrell and Elliott Ferrell, all of Glasgow.
