Kristopher Wayne Barnes, 36, 1747 Fuqua Road, Rockfield, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance; $3,500 cash bond; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication; transfer bond.

Jalen Sterling Bell, 32, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree fleeing or evading police, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (second offense within 10 years), giving a peace officer a false name or address, resisting arrest, one headlight, first-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Meaghan Madison Cormack, 34, 726 Cumberland Trace Road, #835, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $1,000; $2,500 cash bond.

Jeff Desir, 39, 611 Bowmont St., first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault (domestic), second-degree criminal mischief; $25,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Daniel W. Dixon, 52, 458 Girkin Road, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (fourth or greater offense within 10 years), possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, improper display of registration plate, improper registration plate; transfer bond.

Jennifer Nichole Dixon, 42, Whitley City, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of synthetic drugs, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, one headlight; transfer bond.

Colton Tyler Duke, 22, 2608 Thompson Drive, first-degree wanton endangerment; transfer bond.

Amber R. Felty, 44, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree strangulation, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault (domestic); $6,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Saul Guzman, 51, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (aggravating circumstances), second-degree criminal mischief, no operator’s license, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle; $6,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Terry Lynn Johnson, 54, 110 Audley Ave., #10, second-degree strangulation, first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault (domestic), public intoxication, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.
