Bradley leads Scotties to 2OT win against Trojans

Glasgow junior guard Jaylen Bradley scored 25 points to pace the Scotties to a 75-67 double-overtime win against Barren County in the District 15 Boys’ Basketball Tournament championship Friday night at Glasgow High School.
Jackson Norris tallied 15 points and seven rebounds, Jerrick Martin scored 13 points and pulled down six rebounds, and Jeremiah Moore also reached double digits with 10 points in the win.
Glasgow (18-12) will take on District 16 runner-up Monroe County in the Region 4 tournament quarterfinals Wednesday at E.A. Diddle Arena.
Kade Hardy scored 21 points to lead the Trojans in the loss. Weston Shelton added 17 points and Jaxson Byrd tallied 14 points for the Trojans.
Barren County (18-13) will face District 16 champion Clinton County in the Region 4 quarterfinals Tuesday at Diddle Arena.
Logan County 56, Franklin-Simpson 51
Davis Switzer scored 22 points to lead host Logan County to a 56-51 win against Franklin-Simpson in the District 13 tournament championship on Friday.
Joseph Mctire scored 10 points and Jaxon Tischenor finished with eight points for the top-seeded Cougars.
Logan County (20-10) will play District 14 runner-up South Warren in the Region 4 tournament quarterfinals Wednesday at Diddle Arena.
Jakai Partinger tallied 12 points and eight rebounds to pace the Wildcats. Brody McAlister chipped in with 10 points and Xavier Hampton had nine points and six rebounds.
Franklin-Simpson (9-15) will face District 14 champion Warren Central in the Region 4 quarterfinals Tuesday at Diddle.
