Western Kentucky guard Teagan Moore has been named Conference USA Player of the Week after fueling the Hilltoppers to a 2-0 road swing at Delaware and CUSA-leading Liberty.

The redshirt sophomore averaged 24.0 points and 4.0 rebounds across the two wins while shooting 60.0% (15-of-25) from the floor, 66.% (4-of-6) from 3-point range and 87.5% (14-of-16) at the free-throw line.

At Delaware, Moore powered WKU to an 88-87 overtime victory, posting a game-high 27 points on 9-of-14 shooting, including an 8-for-9 effort at the free-throw line. He added four rebounds in 34 minutes, marking his eighth 20-point outing of the season and 17th game with at least 15 points.

Moore followed with another strong showing at league-leading Liberty, delivering 21 points on 6-of-11 shooting in a 94-73 win that snapped the Flames’ 17-game winning streak and handed them their first loss to a CUSA opponent since March 2, 2025. The Dry Ridge native went perfect from deep (3-for-3) and near-perfect at the free-throw line (6-for-7), adding four rebounds in 31 minutes of action.

Currently, Moore ranks as CUSA’s second-leading scorer at 18.3 points per game, sits third in field goal percentage (51.5%) and seventh in free-throw percentage (81.6%). WKU is 3-0 since Moore’s return from a five-game absence with a head injury. He’s averaging 25.3 points per game in that span.

Moore and the Hilltoppers return home Thursday night to host New Mexico State. Tipoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at E.A. Diddle Arena, with coverage live on ESPN+.
