A single-car crash Sunday in Allen County left one person dead.

According to Kentucky State Police, troopers were notified around 4:30 p.m. Sunday about the crash in the 2800 block of Franklin Road.

Preliminary investigation indicated that a black Nissan Sentra driven by Toni Hudson, 66, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, was traveling east on Franklin Road when it left the road and crashed into a tree.

Hudson was pronounced dead at the scene.
