Joseph C. Coghill Jr., 61, 531 Cherokee Drive, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than 10 dosage units, firearm enhanced), trafficking in marijuana (greater than eight ounces but less than five pounds, firearm enhanced), criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault (domestic), second-degree criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond.

Michael Damon Cross, 51, Shepherdsville, first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, license to be in possession, no motorcycle operator’s license, failure to comply with helmet law (less than 21 years of age), first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Deanthony Dequel Daise, 39, Hopkinsville, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than four grams, cocaine), first-degree fleeing or evading police, tampering with physical evidence, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (second offense within 10 years), possession of marijuana, reckless driving, criminal littering, speeding, first-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond.

Jeff Desir, 39, 611 Bowmont St., second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief; $10,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Victor Alfonso Gonzalez, 35, 5625 Morgantown Road, flagrant nonsupport; $2,500 cash bond.

Robert Austin Hazelwood, 27, Hodgenville, flagrant nonsupport; $12,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Alen Kuvac, 38, 131 Dude Howard Road, first-degree bail jumping; first-degree persistent felony offender; $25,000 cash bond.

Taylor Ray Logan, 29, 552 Park Hills St., first-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Christopher Michael Meredith, 49, 104 Maple Leaf Drive, two counts of theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at less than $500; notice to appear.

Brittany Nicole Nantz, 39, East Bernstadt, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, unauthorized parking in a handicapped zone; transfer bond.

James Randall Nantz, 43, London, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana; transfer bond.

Nermin Omanovic, 38, 210 Robin Road, first-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), fourth-degree assault (domestic), alcohol intoxication; transfer bond.

Sokthearany Rany Phan, 28, 2001 Rockcreek Drive, #17-C, first-degree criminal mischief, alcohol intoxication; transfer bond.

Maurice Fabian Pheal Jr., 33, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (fourth or greater offense within 10 years, aggravating circumstances), operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended for DUI (second offense within 10 years), ignition interlock violation, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle; $10,000 cash bond.

Roger Allen Poteet, 53, 919 Boatlanding Road, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication; $2,500 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Donna Ann Renfro, 47, 6094 Morgantown Road, three counts of flagrant nonsupport; $1,000 cash bond.

Justin Dewayne Smith, 28, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree assault, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, intimidating a participant in the legal process, tampering with physical evidence first-degree persistent felony offender; $25,000 cash bond; second-degree assault (domestic), first-degree unlawful imprisonment, voyeurism, second-degree criminal mischief, first-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond.

Imata Songolo, 20, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, vehicular homicide, first-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (second offense within 10 years, aggravating circumstances), fourth-degree assault, reckless driving, no operator’s license, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance; $1 million cash bond.

Westin M. Wilson, 38, Palmetto, Florida, flagrant nonsupport; $16,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.
