Johnny Ray Bixby, 58, 2115 Rock Creek Drive, Apt. A, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond.

James Eugene Bledsoe, 52, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, receiving stolen property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, third-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Austin Tyler Pedigo, 30, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, receiving stolen property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Jarred Thomas Chase Brown, 25, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, reckless homicide, alcohol intoxication; $250,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Lorenzo Sinclair Johnson, 37, 312 Morgantown Road, three counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl); $5,000 cash bond.

Tocarro Renea Taylor, 42, 1131 N. Lee St., first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl); $2,500 cash bond.

Kaleb Dewayne Ferguson, 28, 3902 Brownsville Road, fraudulent firearm transaction, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO; $10,000 cash bond.

Jacqulene Danielle Garrett, 38, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, third-degree assault, resisting arrest, menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief, harassment, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, alcohol intoxication; $1,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Robert Leroy Kiepke, 68, 156 Enterprise Court, Apt. 512, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, second-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Daniel Layle, 75, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse (victim less than 12 years of age); $50,000 cash bond.

Edward Dean Swayzer Jr., 36, 5690 Louisville Road, #144, three counts of incest, two counts of first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, unlawful use of electronic means originating or received within the commonwealth to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities, three counts of first-degree sexual abuse, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, three counts of fourth-degree assault (domestic); $100,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Layna Katherine Taylor, 18, 2857 Cal Ave., first-degree bail jumping; notice to appear.

Andre C. Thomas, 29, address unknown, first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse; $25,000 cash bond.

Nicholas Wayne Thornton, 45, c/o Daviess County Detention Center, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth), operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended for DUI (third offense within 10 years), ignition interlock violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree persistent felony offender; $25,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.
