ROCKFIELD – Virginia Mae Finn Phelps, 68, of Rockfield, KY passed away April 8, 2025 at her residence. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the J.C. Kirby & Son Broadway Chapel with visitation from 3 until 7 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday. Burial will take place at Still Cemetery.
