The following people were indicted March 26 by a Warren County grand jury:

Tylan Jermane Barnett, 22, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, murder, tampering with physical evidence; $1 million cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Taylor D’Aisa Barnett, 27, 110 Audley Ave., #11, tampering with physical evidence; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Jason Cole Bridges, 27, 131 Morris Duff Road, Woodburn, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, second-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Jeffrey David Chandler, 65, 1415 Newton Ave., possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor (victim less than 12 years of age), 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor (victim less than 18 years of age), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than two grams, meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property valued at $500 or more but less than $1,000; transfer bond.

Cooper Warner Davis, 19, 1027 Fairway St., two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at less than $500, third-degree terroristic threatening, menacing; transfer bond.

Bryan Diaz-Sanchez, 19, Nashville, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than four grams, cocaine), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, no operator’s license, careless driving, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle; transfer bond.

Omer Dugalic, 45, 616 Jennings Drive or 224 Faculty Ave., first-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault (domestic); transfer bond.

Carlos Roberto Gomez Ramirez, 24, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse; $6,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Billy Rinzo Hardin, 32, 1031 Kentucky St., first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; $1,000 cash bond.

Holly Anne Jackson, 40, 187 Cottage Drive, Scottsville, first-degree bail jumping, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.

Ezekiel La Vasque Bailey, 23, 5636 Old Hartville Road, Scottsville, kidnapping, fourth-degree assault (domestic); transfer bond.

Elizabeth Renee Parker, 41, address unknown, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $3,500 cash bond.

Dylan Jason Phillips, 32, 3209 Timbermill Ave., Apt. A, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, no or expired registration plate; transfer bond.

Lee Drive, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than four grams, cocaine), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin/fentanyl), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth), third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than 20 dosage units), first-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond concurrent with other indictment.

William Ray Walker, 60, 7685 Gott Hydro Road, Smiths Grove, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; $1,000 unsecured bond.

Kimberly Ann Wash, 46, c/o Hardin County Detention Center, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument; $3,500 cash bond; first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument; $1,000 cash bond.

George Phillip Whiteside II, 26, 725 Chestnut St. or 620 Old Morgantown Road, operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended for DUI (third offense within 10 years), second-degree persistent felony offender; notice to appear.
