Roger Dewayne Carter, 30, 2486 Glasgow Road, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; $1,500 cash bond.

Christopher Shane Chaney, 38, 218 Oak St., fraudulent use of a credit/debit card valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Rue Jake Chuol, 23, 303 S. Scott Way, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, third-degree criminal trespassing; $2,500 cash bond.

James Anthony Cummings Jr., 48, 944 Smiths Grove Oakland Road, Smiths Grove, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, one headlight; transfer bond.

Kenneth Franklin Gentry, 51, Crofton, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication; transfer bond.

David W. Gray Jr., 31, 318 Butler Way, #A4, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $10,000 or more; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Lucas Dewayne Guess, 30, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, third-degree assault, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, resisting arrest, third-degree fleeing or evading police, no or expired registration plate, obstructed vision and/or windshield, first-degree persistent felony offender; $6,000 cash bond.

Ismael Hernandez Jiminez, 22, 1856 Loop St., #27 or 825 Morgantown Road, #2, first-degree possession of a controlled substance; transfer bond.

Candace Renea Hubbard, 30, 123 W. 15th Ave., theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, first-degree persistent felony offender; $2,500 cash bond.

Johnathon Dewayne Hyde, 29, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree burglary, intimidating a participant in the legal process, third-degree fleeing or evading police, third-degree terroristic threatening, third-degree criminal trespassing, menacing, first-degree persistent felony offender; $25,000 cash bond.

April Marie Munoz-Hernandez, 36, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, theft of identity, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree persistent felony offender; $2,500 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Patrick Lee Netherton, 58, Gallatin, Tennessee, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Shiven Patel, 27, 3312 Nugget Drive, 31 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor (victim less than 12 years of age); $10,000 cash bond.
