Nicholas Ray Basham, 41, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, flagrant nonsupport, first-degree persistent felony offender; $12,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Elias Bisine, 25, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, first-degree strangulation, third-degree terroristic threatening; $100,000 cash bond.

Joshua Michael Bradley, 23, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree assault (domestic), intimidating a participant in the legal process, third-degree terroristic threatening, public intoxication; $3,500 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Braxton William Broyles, 18, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, receiving stolen property valued at $10,000 or more, first-degree fleeing or evading police, three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, no operator’s license; $5,000 cash bond.

Paul Carrol Carpenter Jr., 40, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree assault (domestic), first-degree persistent felony offender; $2,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Edwin Cruz Gonzalez, 24, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree assault (domestic); $6,000 cash bond.

Ricardo Davis, 48, 4482 Sunnyside Gott Road, theft by deception valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, second-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.

Jacob Henry Dinwiddie, 23, 335 Cal Ave. or Richmond, eight counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree terroristic threatening, menacing; transfer bond.

Ali Fadil, 30, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, murder, abuse of a corpse, tampering with physical evidence; $500,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Sabah F. Khadim, 56, 1113 Kentucky St., abuse of a corpse, tampering with physical evidence; $100,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Christopher Alan Hutcheson, 34, 1035 McElroy Way, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than two grams, meth), third-degree fleeing or evading police, second-degree persistent felony offender; $7,500 cash bond.

Margaret Lynn Johnson, 58, 407 Richardsville Bypass Road, theft by deception valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Luis Angel Martinez Juan, 26, address unknown, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse; $25,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Randall Glenn Phillips, 45, 1560 William Simmons Road, first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle; transfer bond.

Carl Turner Ray Jr., 30, 1113 McElroy Way, intimidating a participant in the legal process, fourth-degree assault (domestic); transfer bond.

Marcus D. Sweatt, 48, 1114 Brockley Way, #C4, first-degree bail jumping; $15,000 cash bond concurrent with another indictment.
