The following people were indicted Feb. 12 by a Warren County grand jury:

Samuel Joseph Davenport, 33, 521 Woodford Ave., first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond.

Antre Devon Davidson, 23, 4505 Woodstone Drive, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, reckless driving, speeding, failure to or improper signal, failure to wear seatbelt, failure to dim headlights, second-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Brandon Ladell Farmer, 34, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree rape; $50,000 cash bond.

Dathien Cordell Grainger, 37, 2607 Kiwanis Drive, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Emanuel Weldon Kirby Jr., 63, 1874 Walden Way, receiving stolen property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, first-degree persistent felony offender; notice to appear.

Pablo Lopez Bautista, 32, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, no operator’s license; $6,000 cash bond.

Jaylen Lamont Martin, 23, Indianapolis, two counts of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument; notice to appear.

Melinda Sue McGillem, 28, Shelbyville, Tennessee or 706 Logan Way, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond.

Joshua Blake Meador, 28, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; $2,500 cash bond.

William Lee Mills, 60, 136 Plain Ave., first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (second or greater offense, greater than two grams, meth); $10,000 cash bond.

Ramo Mujic, 30, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, two counts of theft of mail matter, two counts of theft by unlawful taking of property valued at less than $500, first-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond; two counts of theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $10,000 or more, first-degree criminal mischief, obscuring the identity of a machine valued at $10,000 or more, third-degree burglary, theft of mail matter, four counts of second-degree forgery, first-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond concurrent with other indictment; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, giving a peace officer a false name or address; $10,000 cash bond concurrent with other indictment.

Dillon James O’Neal, 27, c/o Logan County Detention Center, receiving stolen property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, theft of a motor vehicle registration plate or decal, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended or revoked operators license, improper registration plate; $6,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Mateo Nunez Ramirez, 22, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl), operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, one headlight, rear license plate not illuminated, first-degree persistent felony offender; $2,500 cash bond; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no or expired registration plates; transfer bond.

Kevin Lamont Sanders, 58, homeless, first-degree bail jumping, first-degree persistent felony offender; $3,500 cash bond concurrent with other indictment.

Thomas Ernest Shelton, 60, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree assault, tampering with physical evidence; $10,000 cash bond.
