The following people were indicted Feb. 5 by a Warren County grand jury:

Decision Bitingingwa, 20, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, criminal attempt to commit first-degree rape (victim less than 12 years of age); $100,000 cash bond concurrent with other indictment.

Dylan Ray Burris, 35, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, second-degree assault (domestic), first-degree strangulation, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond.

Elia Byiringiro, 23, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree rape (victim less than 12 years of age), first-degree sodomy (victim less than 12 years of age), tampering with physical evidence; $250,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Tristan Allen Caldwell, 18, 555 Dock Parish Road, Roundhill, second-degree terroristic threatening; transfer bond.

Elizabeth D. Craft, 33, 1406 Sunny Lane Richlieu Road, Morgantown, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to or improper signal; notice to appear.

Derrion Deshone Daniel, 29, Memphis, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $1,000 cash bond.

Tiffany S. Druhe, 49, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; $500 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Matthew Mitchell Edison, 38, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, third-degree assault, second-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.

Bryce Cornelius Hopkins, 28, Brooklyn, theft by deception of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Athel Shawn Jones, 48, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, no or expired registration plate; $6,000 cash bond.

Willie Wilson Miller, 45, 585 Willoughby Lane, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond.

Angel Luis Montes Rodriguez, 34, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than four grams, cocaine), first-degree promoting contraband, theft of a motor vehicle registration plate or decal, trafficking in marijuana (less than eight ounces), operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, rear license plate not illuminated, second-degree persistent felony offender; $6,000 cash bond.

Jorge Alberto Sanchez-Reyes, 26, 1701 Catherine Drive, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (second offense within 10 years), no operator’s license, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle; transfer bond.
