BOWLING GREEN – Judy Carolyn Carter Towe, 76, died on Monday, Dec. 9th at her home in Charlotte, NC. Funeral will be at Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home on Sat., Dec. 21 at 10 a.m. with burial in Fairview Cemetery.
