WKU volleyball to host NCAA watch party at Overtime Sports Bar & Grill

Western Kentucky’s volleyball program will have a watch party fort this year’s NCAA Tournament selection show Sunday starting at 4 p.m. at Overtime Sports Bar & Grill.
Fans are welcome to join the team for the NCAA selection show on ESPN. The event is open to the public and CUSA tournament championship posters will be available to the first 100 fans.
Claiming both the Conference USA regular season and tournament titles for the second straight year, WKU moves to 19 total championships and earned the program’s 14th automatic bid for the NCAA Tournament. With a 28-6 mark on the season, WKU is currently receiving votes in the latest AVCA Coaches’ Poll.
WKU has gone to the NCAA tournament 13 of the last 15 seasons, while this year’s trip marks head coach Travis Hudson’s 17th trip in program history.
The first and second rounds of the NCAA tournament will take place on either Thursday and Friday, Dec. 5-6, or Friday and Saturday, Dec. 6-7.
Sixteen different campuses will host the opening rounds of the NCAA Tournament and will narrow down to four hosts after that. The semifinals and finals will place in Louisville starting Dec. 19.
